Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The names of the authors of the works in the references section are not abbreviated.
  • The submitted file is smaller than 6MB.
  • The text has up to 4 authors.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
  • The text has up to 20 pages, not counting the references.
  • The author or co-author is not submitting more than one article for evaluation.
  • Is the document submitted as indicated in the word template? (click here).
  • The article has a Textual Review Statement performed by a professional in the language of the article ( Model Review Statement), not being an author or co-author. Such statement must be submitted with the article, according to Tutorial .
  • The name of the .doc file cannot be longer than 10 characters, otherwise an error will occur on the server.

STANDARDS FOR PUBLICATION IN THE JOURNAL REVISTA PRATICA DOCENTE

EDITORIAL POLICY

The Journal Prática Docente (PRD) is linked to the Postgraduate Research Coordination of the IFMT - Campus Confresa.

The journal Practical Docente (RPD) of the IFMT-Confresa accepts Scientific Paper and Experience Report unpublished in the fields that support the pillars of Education in the following areas: Human sciences and their technologies; Nature sciences and their technologies; Languages, codes and their technologies and Mathematics and their technologies, which are not being presented simultaneously in another periodical. When submitting their work to the journal Revista Prática Docente (RPD), the author(s) automatically assign their copyright for eventual publication of the article.

Each author or co-author can only publish one article per edition. If you submit and get approve in more than one article, surplus items will be scheduled to be published in subsequent editions.

 

RULES FOR SUBMITTING PAPERS

Before submission, it is recommended that authors look at articles already published in the Journal and, if any are pertinent, indicate in their texts to be submitted. It should be noted that this is a suggestion and there is no obligation to quote an article.

 

Method and Periodicity

As of 2021, the magazine is published every quarterly and publishes using the method Ahead Of Print (AOP) method. Which is a publishing method that allows the publication of articles that have gone through evaluation and editing.

The months for closing the published figures are April, August and December.

 

Dimension

Scientific Articles and Experience Reports should be between 8 and 20 pages long, including title, abstract, keywords and references. When more than 20 pages, it must be justified in "Comments to the editor" for appreciation.

Submissions with teaching proposals that have not been carried out for research purposes will not be accepted.

Formatting for submission

All articles submitted must necessarily be in the TEMPLATE.

It is necessary to fill in all the data requested in the template.

 

Submission process

Together with the article archive, it is necessary to submit a textual revision declaration made by a professional in the language of submission of the article.
