Abstract

This article aims to analyze the structure of a municipal public school, located in Cuiabá-MT, regarding the available teaching resources and materials, focusing on digital media and technologies, in order to relate them with the expectations and the scenario imposed by the digital culture. In addition, the text presents data about the teaching staff, proposing an analysis and discussion about teachers and their relationship with technologies. For this, we conducted an action research, in which the data collection instruments were a questionnaire and a group interview. For this article, in addition to the information contained in the school's Political Pedagogical Project (PPP), data obtained through the application of the questionnaire with 29 teachers will be presented. It is concluded that there is a positive scenario regarding the relationship between media and digital technologies, but the structure available in schools and teacher training needs to be expanded.
