The Journal Revista Prática Docente (RPD) is a free publication of the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of the State of Mato Grosso, campus Confresa. Its aims to give visibility to the scientific production in the areas of Education contributing to the consolidation of teaching, research and extension, as well as to act as an instrument for the dissemination of studies and research carried out by national and international authors and / or groups. Therefore, the journal publishes works in the areas that support the pillars of Education, in the following areas: Human sciences and their technologies; Nature sciences and their technologies; Languages, codes and their technologies and Mathematics and its technologies, in national and international institutions.

Abstract
The present text consists of an experience report on differentiated pedagogical practices, carried out with the Youth and Adult Education of the field, at the Antônio Alves Dias State School, located in the settlement of Jacaré Valente, in the municipality of Confresa, Mato Grosso. To verify ways of valuing the knowledge, experiences and life history of the subjects of this modality, through the promotion of situations of learning that could mean beyond the school spaces; also reflect on teacher training for EJA, since the teacher needs to assume an autonomous position in the construction / reconstruction of the knowledge needed to work with the EJA. Among the results obtained with the research, the need to constantly have action-reflection-action, in the exercise of teaching, mainly on pedagogical planning, since this, daily subsidizes the teaching practice and values the specificities present in this modality.
